Taking the dam out on October 5! Camp Mennoscah Announcements, September 29, 2025.
Dam will be taken out on October 5 at 2pm. Meet at the shelter area (look for people and things happening). Spectators welcome, as are people to help take out the boards and clean them. Taking the dam out is not for the youngest ages due to the weight of the boards, but spectators of all ages are most welcome! Be prepared for whatever weather/temperatures there are. It's fun for both those helping and those watching!

Camp Mennoscah's Annual Meeting will be held at Hope Mennonite Church on October 19 at 6:30pm. All are invited to attend. Hope Mennonite Church is located at 868 N. Maize Rd., Wichita, KS 67212. A silent auction for a few items will take place.
The next tee shirt comforter will be (silent) auctioned off at Bethel College's Fall Fest on October 4. See attached photos. Get your bid ready! Tee shirts and other souvenirs will be available, too.
Volunteers are needed for grounds work. This could be mowing, trail maintenance, string trimming, poison ivy and sticker plant control, or likely any number of other things. Contact us at 620-297-3290 to discuss opportunities!
There are two 20 amp RV hookups and two 30 amp RV hookups available in the south (boys) cabin area on a pole of the gazebo. The hookups/outlets are not spread out. Please communicate with others in your group, if there may be high demand for RV hookups. Camp Mennoscah only has electrical hookups.
