Come Visit Camp Mennoscah!

Camp Mennoscah welcomes guests! Camping areas and cabins are open to guests/groups for overnight stays and day visits. Spend time in the river, have a campfire cookout, and enjoy the open spaces of the tallgrass prairie and the Ninnescah River!

Contact Camp Mennoscah to make a reservation (required) and to inquire about use of additional facilities. Camp Mennoscah follows guidelines from government agencies. If government agencies restrict summer youth camps/retreats or a situation arises that is deemed unsafe, Camp Mennoscah will revisit the decision to have summer youth camps and retreats.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, some guidelines have been changed:

  • The number of people/groups at Camp Mennoscah at one time will be limited.
  • Camp Mennoscah adheres to state and local guidance regarding COVID-19, including the wearing of masks (when indoors and outside when unable to maintain 6’ distance from others) and social/physical distancing.
  • All guests should maintain a distance of six feet from other guest groups and those outside of their family.
  • Minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
  • Please help keep camp staff and others safe and healthy.  Be aware and touch surfaces only as needed.  Thank you!
  • Bathrooms and facilities will be cleaned and disinfected for each group by camp staff. Buildings not in use will be locked. For the safety of all, please go into only those buildings assigned to your group.  Please sweep the bathroom before leaving.
  • Please bring your own meals and drinks. We are not disinfecting picnic tables; you may wish to bring a table cloth or picnic blanket.
  • The sports shed and the fishing shed will be closed. Please bring your own recreational equipment (Frisbees, balls, fishing poles, etc.). The wooden playground and swings are not being disinfected.
  • Lifejackets and paddles for canoeing must be checked out from staff. Canoeing and other river activities are available within the property boundaries of Camp Mennoscah.
  • These guidelines may change at any time.
